1985 Alan Lees Kung-fu, wu-su Temple Demo Highlights

Various scenes from a 1985 temple demo in Manhattan demonstrating real Gung-fu that is all too rare today. This was one of the best demo's if not the best that they put on. This was a three hour demo with many other features such as breaking, forms, iron body and more.

I know the quality is terrible, but it was from a beta cam at the time and I got a third recording of it. The one I downloaded to my PC was a copy of that one and after 22 years it's degraded even further. This is actually enhanced with my software.

The guys are still playing as they were told to tone things down for the audience. When working out privately, things were way faster with far more power and skill. You would think they were all trying to kill each other, but it was all still with light power and perfect control. Even in the free for all at the end, no one gets hurt!
